Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to join our team at Dairy Queen 9800. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including but not limited to: managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining quality standards, and driving sales.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and supervise staff
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Create and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
