Downstream Business Readiness & Deployment Lead

Job Description

The Business Readiness & Deployment Lead is responsible for ensuring Downstream business organizations are prepared to successfully adopt and deploy new capabilities, processes, and technologies. This role leads business readiness planning, stakeholder engagement, training and adoption activities, deployment preparation, and post-go-live stabilization to minimize operational disruption and maximize business value. The position serves as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, operations, project teams, and deployment teams to drive organizational readiness and successful business transition.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business readiness and deployment activities for Downstream releases.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption efforts.
• Assess readiness, identify gaps, and drive mitigation plans.
• Support testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities.
• Manage deployment risks, issues, and resource requirements.
• Ensure successful business adoption and realization of expected benefits
