Job Summary (List Format) for Business Readiness & Deployment Lead:
- Lead business readiness and deployment activities for Downstream business releases.
- Coordinate stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption efforts to ensure smooth deployment.
- Assess organizational readiness, identify gaps, and implement mitigation plans.
- Support project testing phases, cutover, go-live, and post-implementation (hypercare) activities.
- Manage deployment risks, issues, and resource requirements for successful transitions.
- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, operations, project teams, and deployment teams.
- Ensure successful business adoption of new capabilities, processes, and technologies.
- Maximize business value and minimize operational disruption during transitions.
- Nice to have: Domain experience in Oil & Gas industry.
