Key Responsibilities
1. Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of web applications.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
3. Design system architecture and database structure to ensure optimal performance and security.
4. Develop clean, efficient, and maintainable code using angular, .net, and asp.net mvc.
5. Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior team members.
6. Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and project timelines.
7. Troubleshoot and debug complex issues to optimize application performance.
Required Qualifications
" Bachelor s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
" Typically, 8+ years of professional software-engineering experience, including significant recent hands-on full-stack delivery.
" Strong production experience with Angular, TypeScript, C#, ASP.NET Core, and AWS.
" Demonstrated ability to own complete features across frontend, backend, integration, cloud deployment, testing, and production support.
" Recent experience with Angular 18+ concepts, including standalone components, Signals, RxJS, reactive forms, routing, guards, and interceptors.
" Strong TypeScript skills, including generics, type constraints, utility types, typed API contracts, and robust domain modeling.
" Strong HTML/CSS/SCSS skills, including semantic markup, Flexbox, Grid, responsive design, and accessibility.
" Strong C#/.NET skills, including API design, dependency injection, middleware, asynchronous programming, authentication/authorization, testing, and production troubleshooting.
" Hands-on experience designing or operating AWS workloads not merely consuming cloud-hosted applications.
" Experience with SQL and relational data modeling; exposure to NoSQL where appropriate.
" Experience with CI/CD, Docker, automated testing, observability, and Infrastructure as Code.
" Ability to work directly with business users, clarify ambiguous requirements, prototype rapidly, and communicate technical trade-offs clearly.
" Strong analytical, troubleshooting, ownership, and stakeholder-management skills.
