.NET Developer – Mobile Applications (Bluetooth, Android & iOS)


We are seeking an experienced .NET Developer with strong mobile application development experience to design, develop, and support cross-platform applications for Android and iOS. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with .NET/C#, mobile frameworks, Bluetooth/BLE integration, REST APIs, and communication with external hardware devices.


Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain mobile applications using C#/.NET and .NET MAUI or Xamarin.
• Develop cross-platform applications supporting both Android and iOS devices.
• Implement Bluetooth and Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) connectivity between mobile applications and external hardware/devices.
• Develop functionality for Bluetooth device discovery, pairing, connection management, data transfer, and reconnection.
• Integrate mobile applications with RESTful APIs and backend .NET services.
• Work with Android and iOS native APIs, SDKs, permissions, background services, and device capabilities.
• Troubleshoot Bluetooth connectivity, synchronization, performance, and device compatibility issues.
• Implement asynchronous programming, multithreading, dependency injection, and reusable application components.
• Handle mobile data storage, caching, offline functionality, and synchronization with backend systems.
• Develop backend services using ASP.NET Core, Web API, Entity Framework Core, and SQL Server.
• Write unit, integration, and mobile application tests and participate in code reviews.
• Debug applications using Visual Studio, Android Studio, Xcode, device logs, and Bluetooth diagnostic tools.
• Manage application builds, signing, certificates, provisioning profiles, and deployment.
• Support deployment and release of applications through Google Play and Apple App Store.
• Collaborate with product, QA, hardware/firmware, backend, and mobile engineering teams.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum development, requirements analysis, technical design, testing, and production support.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of .NET/C# development experience.
• 2+ years of mobile application development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Android and iOS application development.
• Experience integrating mobile applications with Bluetooth/BLE-enabled hardware.
• Understanding of BLE services, characteristics, UUIDs, GATT profiles, notifications, and data exchange.
• Experience with mobile security, authentication, OAuth/JWT, secure storage, and API integration.
• Experience publishing and maintaining production applications in Apple App Store and Google Play.
• Experience working with IoT, embedded devices, medical devices, industrial equipment, wearables, or other Bluetooth-connected products is a plus.
