What You'll Do

• Knock doors in targeted Phoenix neighborhoods to identify roofing needs
• Educate homeowners on roofing issues, storm damage, and insurance claims
• Schedule free roof inspections for our team
• Follow up with leads and guide homeowners through the sales process
• Track activity and pipeline in our CRM
• Represent HomeLyfe Roofing with professionalism and integrity

What We're Looking For


Required:

• Proven door-to-door sales experience
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work outdoors in Arizona weather
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Comfortable with commission-based earnings

Preferred:

• Residential roofing sales experience
• Familiarity with insurance claims (storm/hail damage)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
