Lingo Staffing is Door Builder AssociateAssociates in Alliance, OH!Door Builder Associate - Responsible for assembling and building residential and commercial doors and door frames in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This hands-on role involves using hand tools, reading basic measurements and work instructions, operating a forklift to move materials, and ensuring products meet quality standards. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, dependable, safety-conscious, and able to perform physical work throughout the shift while supporting daily production goals.
Pay & Scheduled:- $15.00/hour (Based on Experience)
- 1st Shift: MondayThursday: 7:30 AM 5:00 PM
- Friday: 7:30 AM 11:30 AM
Job Responsibilities & Requirements:- Build and assemble residential and commercial doors and door frames.
- Must have 2 years of experience building or assembling doors and door frames is preferred.
- Tow motor/forklift experience is required.
- Must have 2 years of previous experience reading tape measures and follow basic production instructions.
- Operate a tow motor (forklift) to safely move materials throughout the facility.
- Read and follow work instructions, measurements, and production specifications.
- Use hand and power tools to assemble products accurately.
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Support production goals while working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Mechanical aptitude and experience using hand tools.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials throughout the shift.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Must be able to pass a national background check.
- Ability to stand, squat, and bend for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Reliable transportation.
