Purpose of the Position:

The Donor Relations Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the Division''s initiatives related to donor stewardship and engagement. This position works in collaboration with the Director of Advancement Services and the Advancement Team to optimize the donor experience through engagement initiatives and reporting. The incumbent works closely with leadership and stakeholders to strengthen donor relationships and further the Division''s advancement goals.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor''s degree or an equivalent combination of education and years of experience
• 1-3 years of full-time work experience
• Knowledge of business best practices and communications.
• Working knowledge of relational databases, including the ability to prepare and analyze database reports.
• Must be proficient in word processing (Microsoft Word), spreadsheet preparation/manipulation, including formulas (Microsoft Excel), form design (Adobe Acrobat), and general computer operation skills.
• Demonstrated exceptional oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail, strong planning, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Must be able to work independently and in a team environment.

• Proven financial and detail-oriented record -keeping techniques strongly desired

$40,000 - $43,000
