Job Summary:
Holy Angels Residential Facility is in search of a full-time Donor Engagement Coordinator. The Donor Engagement Coordinator will be responsible for database entry and reports, stewardship including social media and newsletter content, donor acknowledgments, and assist with events.
Specific Skills and Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate donor records in donor database system, track gifts, renewals, engagement, employer match gifts, and use data analytics to refine strategies and increase donor satisfaction.
- Manages large mailings such as invitations and cards, donor packets, donor recognitions tracking, meeting coordination, file maintenance, and generates weekly, monthly, and quarterly queries and reports.
- Assist with analytics to create and execute individual, foundation and corporate giving plans, presentations, manage monthly sustainer programs, and assist with implementation of digital fundraising campaigns.
- Utilize standard procedures and guidelines as required for donations processing and other office procedures, proactively updating and cleaning information in the database.
- Prepare acknowledgment letters for donations, tribute gifts, pledges, letters of intent, gift in kind and donor stewardship/recognition. Provide supporting information for personalized acknowledgement and donation-related correspondence.
- Ensure data accuracy for all individuals, organizations, other transaction-related donation correspondence. Ensure quality information is researched and captured using multiple online and cloud resources for data integrity.
- Support grant proposals, letters of intent, grant writing and reporting.
- Create and maintain donor correspondence, prospect records, reports and presentations
- Coordinate the content collection of stories and images for newsletters, publications, digital platforms including social media posts, digital publications, and fundraising collateral.
- Identify and assist in management of stewardship plans for annual fund/sustaining donors and coordinate segmented donor communication including recognition programs, giving societies, and personalized outreach to strengthen donor loyalty.
- Support the planning and execution of fundraising events, track all event data in database including invitation lists, RSVPs, payments, donations, in-kind and sponsor solicitations, and annotations in individual donor records
- Assist with employee relations campaigns through rewards, recognition, and communications
- All other job duties assigned by Sr. Director of Development/Community Liaison
Qualifications/Knowledge/Skills:
- Minimum three years of demonstrated success in fundraising, development, nonprofit, or marketing/public relations.
- Experience with Bloomerang, Blackbaud CRM, Raiser’s Edge or other database systems preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with high integrity work ethic and be an effective team member.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, data sorting, and mail merging.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Physical Demands:
- Walk, stand, sit, push, pull, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, use hands and lift up to 50lbs, 2/3’s of the time
