This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day development and delivery of donor-focused content, ensuring consistency, quality, and timeliness. The Manager supervises and supports the professional development of the Donor Relations Writer, who creates content for multiple donor-facing channels. The Manager also collaborates across departments — with a particular focus on the AltaMed Art Collection, one of the most comprehensive collections of Chicano and Mexican art in the country and uniquely integrated into a health care setting — as well as Government Relations and Public Affairs, to ensure messaging is aligned, culturally responsive, and strategically directed to donors and prospective supporters. Through this work, the Manager helps elevate how art advances healing, community connection, and AltaMed's broader mission. This role requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate strategic direction into clear, compelling digital content through effective cross-functional collaboration.
