As a Donor Care Specialist, you'll play a vital role in all aspects of blood collections and donor screenings, while providing a safe and pleasant experience for our volunteer donors at our Perryville location. This position may involve working at other fixed sites or mobile locations, offering a diverse and engaging work environment.No previous phlebotomy experience is needed. Skills and Requirements:Must be 18 years of age or olderHigh school diploma/GED requiredCNA and clinical and/or blood collection experience is preferredStrong attention to detail and quality control skills Enjoy working with the public Work Schedule:We're looking for individuals interested in working full-time (30+ hours per week). The hours are Monday – Thursday 11:30am-7:30pm with a Friday/Saturday rotation working 6:30am-1:30pm. Salary:Hourly wage for this position begins at $16.50/hr. Bilingual is a plus and offers a pay increase after completion of training.
