Donation Processing & Customer Service Associate
- Inspect and prepare non-clothing items for sale
- Clean and sanitize items prior to packaging
- Collaborate with supervisors to creatively package donations for display
- Prepare items for supervisor inspection and pricing
- Sort and place items in designated baskets for sales floor distribution
- Notify supervisors when items are ready for placement on the floor
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe donation processing area
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Help customers bring donated items into the store
- Thank donors and provide excellent customer service
- Offer tax receipts to all donors
- Support coworkers in the donation area and assist in other departments as needed
- Follow all department policies and procedures
