Associate Attorney – Domestic Relations & Estate Planning

A well-established law firm is seeking a 3–5-year Associate Attorney to join its legal team. The ideal candidate will have experience in domestic relations law, particularly divorce and family law, along with some experience handling simple wills and estate matters.

Responsibilities

• Handle domestic relations and divorce matters from initial consultation through resolution

• Represent clients in family law proceedings and related negotiations

• Draft pleadings, agreements, correspondence, and other legal documents

• Conduct legal research and develop case strategies

• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties

• Assist with simple wills and basic estate planning matters

• Manage a caseload while meeting deadlines and maintaining strong client service

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of attorney experience

• Experience practicing domestic relations and divorce law

• Some experience with simple wills and estate planning

• Strong legal research, writing, negotiation, and communication skills

• Excellent organizational and case-management abilities

• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a supportive legal team

• Active bar license in the applicable jurisdiction

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: DOE (Depending on Experience)
