Job purpose
The Account Representative function exists to seek, grow, and maintain the customer base for IMMY's product offerings in Upper Midwest Territory. This position will be located within the territory and carries out responsibilities pertinent to qualifying customer leads from tradeshows, site visits, cold calls, and online inquiries, educate them about IMMY's products, and move them through the sales pipeline to ultimately create a lifelong customer. The Account Representatives work closely with the technical specialist, the customer service specialists, the marketing team, and reports to the Director of Sales.

This role is a remote position but requires that the employee live within the territory. IMMY's Midwest territory includes the states of North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, Iowa, Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, Kentucky, and West Virginia.
