Job Summary
Are you a pet lover with a proven track record of successful leadership?Ā  Dogtopia, the industry leader in dog daycare, boarding and spa services has an opening for an energetic organized, and experienced general manager to lead all facets of running our location in McKinney. If so, we would like to meet you! Ā  Qualified candidate will manage team members, operate all areas of the business and ensure the highest safety standards and levels of satisfaction for all pets and pet parents. The General Manager must be a strong leader with exceptional customer service and sales expertise.Ā 

ResponsibilitiesĀ 
  • Lead by example by creating and sustaining a positive, team-orientation culture,
  • Ensuring the highest levels of customer service and safety standards,
  • Maintaining controllable expenses, seek opportunities to maximize efficiency as well as realizing where new sales opportunities exist.
  • Full management of staff of 15-20 employees.
Qualifications
  • At least 2 or more years of managing a dog daycare or similar facility.
  • At least 1 to 3 years of experience managing a customer facing, high service providing company.
  • At least 1 to 3 years of experience leading a team of 10 or more full and part time employees.
  • At least 1 to 3 years of experience in scheduling, performance management, and financial/budgetary accountability
