Responsibilities:Designs, creates, and maintains complex data management systems in QuickBaseWrites complex formulas in QuickbaseAnalyzes program objectives and requirements todetermine optimal approaches to designing, creating, and modifying new and existingQuickbase applicationsIndependently proposes Quickbase solutions toaddress challenges related to the administration, operation, and implementationof programsObtains requirements from and implements Quickbasesolutions for programs related to the protection and restoration of surface andgroundwater resourcesDesigns and runs reports that draw informationfrom Quickbase applicationsAssists in or leads troubleshooting effortspertaining to the quality control and user interface of Quickbase applicationsAssists in managing internal and externalrelationships to effectively prioritize program resourcesCoordinates IT project management, engineering,maintenance, QA, and risk management.Plans, coordinates, and monitors projectactivities.Develops technical applications to support users.Develops, implements, maintains, and enforces documented standards and procedures for the design, development, installation, modification, and documentation of assigned systems.14.
