Enter Job Description... Lead end-to-end data migration strategy, planning, and execution for SAP S/4HANA implementations. Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional leads, and technical teams to define data migration scope, timelines, and success criteria. Design and implement data migration solutions using SAP tools such as SAP Data Services/Informatica, LTMC, LSMW, and Migration Cockpit. Perform data extraction, cleansing, transformation, validation, and loading activities. Ensure data integrity, compliance, and auditability throughout the migration lifecycle. Develop and maintain migration documentation including data mapping, test scripts, and cutover plans. Develop and manage detailed migration plans, cutover strategies, and post-go-live support models. Mentor junior consultants and provide thought leadership on data governance, master data management, and migration best practices. Interface with program leadership to report progress, risks, and mitigation strategies. ________________________________________ Required Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in SAP data migration, with at least 3 full-cycle S/4HANA implementations. Strong knowledge of SAP ECC and S/4HANA data models across modules (FI, MM, SD, PP, etc.). Hands-on experience with SAP Migration Cockpit, LSMW, and SAP Data Services. Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data profiling tools. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in high-pressure environments. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
