    Description

    Key Responsibilities

    • Own the administration, configuration, maintenance, and operational support of the DocuSign eSignature platform across global business functions.
    • Design, configure, and maintain DocuSign templates, workflows, routing rules, recipient configurations, bulk-send processes, and signature workflows.
    • Configure and support integrations between DocuSign and enterprise applications including Malbek, Salesforce, Workday, and other internal/external systems.
    • Design, develop, maintain, and troubleshoot custom DocuSign integrations using REST APIs, SDKs, webhooks, and related integration technologies.
    • Develop automated document-routing and signature-triggered workflows to support complex business processes.
    • Configure and support SSO, authentication, access controls, user provisioning, and security-related integrations.
    • Configure DocuSign audit trails, reporting, monitoring, and compliance controls to meet organizational and regulatory requirements.
    • Provide day-to-day production support, troubleshooting, incident resolution, and enhancement delivery for the DocuSign platform.
    • Serve as the subject-matter expert and escalation point for complex DocuSign production incidents and technical issues.
    • Perform root-cause analysis for recurring incidents and implement preventive and corrective actions.
    • Support platform upgrades, releases, configuration changes, testing, and production deployments.
    • Drive application lifecycle management, including platform roadmap planning, technical risk mitigation, modernization, security, and compliance initiatives.
    • Partner with business stakeholders and architecture teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable DocuSign-based technical solutions.
    • Monitor and report platform KPIs, SLA performance, availability, incident trends, and operational risks.
    • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement using Microsoft Power Automate, RPA technologies, Python, APIs, and related automation tools.
    • Lead proactive support and continuous-improvement initiatives to reduce manual effort, improve issue-resolution timelines, and minimize operational risk.
    • Contribute technical and functional expertise to enterprise projects, ensuring solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and according to quality standards.
    • Coordinate with technology vendors and internal teams on product issues, enhancements, licensing, releases, and platform roadmap activities.
    • Develop and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, support runbooks, integration specifications, and platform policies.
    • Support business continuity, disaster recovery, risk-management, and compliance activities related to the DocuSign platform.

    Required Qualifications

    • 8 years of progressive IT experience in enterprise application support, administration, integration, engineering, or application delivery.
    • 5 years of strong hands-on experience administering and supporting DocuSign eSignature in an enterprise environment.
    • 5 years of demonstrated experience with DocuSign workflow/template design, routing rules, bulk-send configuration, and user/account administration.
    • 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience developing custom integrations using DocuSign REST APIs and/or DocuSign SDKs.
    • 3 to 5 years of experience integrating DocuSign with enterprise applications such as Salesforce, Workday, Malbek, or similar business platforms.
    • Experience implementing and supporting SSO, authentication, identity management, and access-control solutions.
    • Strong troubleshooting skills with experience supporting business-critical production applications.
    • Working knowledge of ITIL service-management practices, including incident, problem, change, and release management.
    • Experience working with globally distributed, cross-functional business and technology teams.
    • Strong stakeholder-management, requirements-gathering, communication, and documentation skills.
    • Experience collaborating with external vendors and technology service providers.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience with Microsoft Power Automate, RPA platforms, and/or Python-based automation.
    • Experience with webhooks, event-driven integrations, middleware, and enterprise integration patterns.
    • Knowledge of application security, audit controls, compliance, and data-protection requirements.
    • Experience supporting highly available enterprise SaaS platforms.
    • Experience contributing to application roadmaps, modernization initiatives, project budgets, and vendor-management activities.
    • Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and enterprise project-management practices.

They should be equally comfortable configuring complex DocuSign workflows, troubleshooting API integrations, resolving critical production incidents, collaborating with architecture and business teams, and driving platform improvements. This role is best suited for an experienced professional who can operate as both a hands-on DocuSign technical SME and an enterprise application/platform lead.

    Role Overview

    NTT DATA's Client is seeking an experienced professional to own the administration, configuration, integration, support, and continuous improvement of the enterprise DocuSign eSignature platform. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on expertise in DocuSign administration, workflow and template design, REST API/SDK integrations, SSO/authentication, and enterprise application support. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, enterprise architecture teams, application teams, and external vendors to design and deliver scalable, secure, and compliant electronic signature solutions.
