    Position Summary
    The Documentation Specialist develops, organizes, and maintains technical, operational, and end-user documentation to support software applications, business processes, and IT systems.
    Key Responsibilities
    • Create and maintain technical documentation, user manuals, operating procedures, and training materials.
    • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly language.
    • Develop online help systems, knowledge base articles, and support documentation.
    • Collaborate with developers, analysts, and business users to gather information.
    • Ensure documentation remains accurate and current throughout the system lifecycle.
    • Maintain document version control and publication standards.
    • Support training initiatives through the development of instructional materials.
    • Review documentation for quality, completeness, and consistency.
