Job Title: Coordinator II
Location: Ridgefield, CT (Hybrid)
Contract Duration: 24 months
Pay Rate Range: $26.66 - $28.57/hr. on W2
Work Authorization: Only USC or GC
 
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL DO
Duties:
  • The Coordinator supports business operations, documentation management, and compliance activities within the Clinical Pharmacology and Safety Sciences (CPS) Central Function Office.
  • This role works closely with internal CPS colleagues and enabling functions and may interact with external third-party suppliers to support operational processes, maintain documentation, and help ensure timely and accurate delivery of administrative activities.
 
Key responsibilities include:
  • Monitor and respond to inquiries received primarily through email, ensuring timely and professional communication.
  • Perform a variety of administrative activities in support of business operations, documentation management, and compliance activities, or for a specific project or initiative.
  • Maintain departmental tracking spreadsheets, inventories, databases, and systems, including data entry, query, review, editing, and updates.
  • Execute document processing activities, including document creation, formatting, routing, and archiving.
  • Use various computer systems and tools to support established processes and workflows.
  • Follow applicable regulations, internal policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to support operational efficiency and timely completion of deliverables.
 
Skills:
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and SharePoint.
  • Experience working within and maintaining databases is preferred.
  • Strong administrative, organizational, and multi-tasking skills; demonstrates accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize work and manage deliverables and track timelines.
  • Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Collaborative, proactive and agile approach to supporting delivery of results.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team while supporting multiple stakeholder groups.
 
Education:
  • High school diploma required; business school certification or college degree preferred.
