    Description

    Position Overview
    TRC's client is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Coordinator to support our procurement and project management teams. This role is responsible for overseeing documentation throughout the procurement lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, version control, and accessibility of critical records. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience supporting procurement, contracts, or project documentation.

    Key Responsibilities
    · Document Management & Control: Develop, implement, and maintain systems for managing procurement-related documents, ensuring proper labeling, cataloging, and secure storage for easy retrieval.
    · Version Control: Track document revisions and updates, ensuring staff have access to the most current versions of templates, contracts, policies, and forms. Archive outdated materials in compliance with retention policies.
    · Data Entry & Validation: Input procurement data into digital systems with a high degree of accuracy. Perform audits to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies.
    · Procurement Support: Assist the procurement team in document preparation and management for RFPs, bid evaluations, contracts, and equipment submittals.
    · Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all documentation adheres to company policies and regulatory requirements. Generate reports and support internal/external audits as needed.


    Qualifications
    · Associates or Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience).
    · 2+ years of experience in document control, procurement support, or contract administration preferred.
    · Proficiency in document management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    · Strong organizational and time-management skills.
    · Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
    · Knowledge of procurement or supply chain processes a plus.
