Job Description:
These workers will be responsible for reviewing project instructions and understanding the specific requirements for each job, as every project may have different preparation guidelines. They must pay close attention to detail and follow all job-specific instructions to ensure documents are prepared accurately and efficiently for the scanning process.

Key Responsibilities:
-Review work instructions and project details before beginning each job.
-Remove all metal objects that cannot be processed through scanning equipment, including staples, paper clips, binder clips, and other fasteners.
-Repair damaged documents by applying tape as needed to prevent further damage during the scanning process.
-Insert document separator sheets or break sheets according to project-specific instructions to ensure proper document indexing and organization.
-Organize and prepare documents in the correct sequence for scanning.
-Identify and escalate document issues, discrepancies, or concerns to the appropriate team lead.
-Maintain quality, productivity, and accuracy standards while following all safety procedures.
-Create makeready copies for documents that cannot be fed through the scanner, such as redwelds, oversized documents, fragile materials, or other items requiring special handling.
-Meet established production standards and productivity goals for each prep level, demonstrating continuous improvement over time.
-Handle confidential and sensitive documents with care while maintaining document integrity throughout the preparation process.

This role will require standing, walking, and lifting 50 lbs. Candidate should also be able to drive a standup forklift.
