Document Specialist - Export/Import
Location: Minnetonka, MN
Onsite Flexibility: Onsite
Contract Details
- Position Type: Contract
- Contract Duration: 4 months
- Pay Rate: $29.11 / Hour (USD)

Job Summary
Entry-level candidates will perform paper audits, edits, filing, and assembly of documentation such as reports or technical documents, records, or correspondence. The role maintains numerical, alphabetical, chronological, and/or subject filing systems. This position is responsible for file maintenance and record keeping of customs trade documents for imports or exports per CFR 15 and CFR 19. The entry-level candidate/role reports directly to an Export/Import Customs & Trade Compliance Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
- File airway bills
- Handle international filing
- Conduct audits of filings
Required Skills
- Proficiency in all MS Office applications
- Experience/background in Shipping/Receiving or Import/Export (required)
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat
- SAP experience (plus)
Education Requirements
- High School Diploma
