    Schedule: 3:45 PM - 12:15 AM, (Includes a 30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks; evening shift; 5 days a week, with overtime and weekends as required depending on assignment).

    Dress Code: Presentable and appropriate attire for the working environment. Protective footwear may be required and must meet ASTM F2413-11 standards for Protective Toe Cap Footwear with a slip-resistant rating of Better or Best.

    About the Role:

    We are seeking a detail-oriented Document Prep Specialist to handle the initial stage of the imaging production workflow. This is primarily a seated task (with sit/stand options available) that involves the careful review and physical preparation of documents to ensure they are ready for scanning and processing.

    What You'll Do:

    • Receive cartons of documents and remove them in small batches for processing.
    • Carefully remove staples, paper clips, and other fasteners from documents.
    • Straighten bent corners and folded pages to ensure all sheets can lie completely flat.
    • Return documents to their original cartons in the exact order in which they were removed.
    • Maintain high focus, constant use of upper extremities, and proper posture while performing physical prep tasks.

    What We're Looking For:

    • Ability to read and understand detailed instructions, maintain strong focus on repetitive tasks, and demonstrate high attention to detail.
    • Capable of performing seated tasks that require constant use of upper extremities and some reaching.
