    Prepares records for scanning; ensures all pages are manually designated for proper chart placement. Reviews scanned documents for readability, quality, and document type assignment; assigns document type to images as indicated; acts as a resource for the document imaging system.

    High School Diploma or equivalent, and 2 years of experience.
