Document Figures Analyst
$19–$21/hour | Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM | Full-Time, Permanent
We are seeking a Document Figures Analyst to join a professional team in a full-time, permanent position. This is not a traditional accounting role—instead, you'll use your analytical thinking, organization, and problem-solving skills to review financial information, work with documents, and ensure accurate data is entered into client affidavits and case management systems.

What You'll Do
- Review files to understand what information and figures are needed
- Identify missing documents or information before requests are submitted
- Request financial figures, documents, and information through client systems
- Review and break down financial figures using Excel templates
- Accurately enter information into case management systems
- Monitor reports and work items to ensure requests are completed on time
- Follow up on outstanding requests and maintain accurate client records
- Review issues or discrepancies and work toward resolution with clients, attorneys, and supervisors
- Respond to client requests for documentation
- Handle mail and other general office responsibilities
- Assist with additional duties as business needs require
