    A DAY IN THE LIFE

    • Own document control for construction and project teams.
    • Create, review, distribute, revise, and archive project documents, drawings, procedures, and records.
    • Maintain repositories, document registers, approvals, permissions, and revision histories.
    • Conduct audits, support external reviews, and resolve document-control gaps.
    • Maintain workflows and tools, train users, and support project teams.
    • Escalate document issues affecting project timing, quality, or compliance.

    NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS

    • Experience in document control, records management, project administration
    • Experience in document control, records management, or project administration.
    • Experience supporting engineering, procurement, construction, manufacturing, infrastructure, or another project-based environment preferred.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document-management or collaboration tools.
    • Strong organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
    • Ability to manage priorities, maintain accurate records, and handle confidential information.
