    Document Control Specialist

    Morrisville, NC

    This contract position (6-7 months) supports supply chain and compliance operations within a cosmetics manufacturing facility by managing, verifying, and archiving shipping, receiving, and inventory documents. The role involves processing and maintaining documentation to ensure accurate record-keeping and efficient information flow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage and verify shipping, receiving, and inventory documents to ensure accuracy and compliance
    • Archive and organize documents related to supply chain operations
    • Support document processing activities to streamline supply chain workflows
    • Assist in maintaining document control systems and filing protocols
    • Collaborate with team members to ensure documentation meets organizational standards
    • Ensure handling of documents complies with safety and organizational requirements
    • Support inventory documenting processes related to shipping and receiving
    • Maintain accurate records to assist audit and compliance activities

    Required Qualifications:

    • Experience in general clerical, file management, or administrative support
    • Skills in customer service (CSR) and order processing
    • Ability to verify and manage shipping, receiving, and inventory documents

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • 3+ years of prior experience in a manufacturing or supply chain environment
