Job Title: Document Control Specialist / Sr. Quality Release Technician (2nd shift)
Job Description
The Document Control Specialist / Sr. Quality Release Technician is responsible for ensuring the accurate, compliant, and timely release of finished product that is placed on electronic quality hold. Working under the direction of Operations Quality leadership, this role focuses on verifying documentation, reconciling lot and batch records, coordinating with manufacturing and warehouse teams, and certifying data in SAP to support safe and efficient product release in a regulated environment.

Work Environment
This role operates in a regulated quality and manufacturing environment, working closely with Operations Quality, Manufacturing, Warehouse, and external sterilization vendors and distributors. The position is scheduled on a second shift, typically from 3:30 p.m. to 1:00 a.m., supporting continuous operations and timely product release. Work involves frequent interaction with electronic systems such as SAP, as well as review of paper-based documentation, batch records, and device history records. The environment is fast-paced and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on compliance with GMP and ISO procedures, accuracy in documentation, and collaboration across teams.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
