The DC Coordinator positions that we will need to fill will be responsible for the following, but not limited to: Understanding the Installation Work Package system - Contents (what should be in the IWP from the planner), numbering (must understand the nomenclature and the meaning behind each character), QC review (know what to look for on spreadsheet and communicate with QC), constraints (understand what they are and communicate back to the planner for corrections), Prioritizing (IWPs that come in for Rush with approvals), Closed (make sure that all signature and copies are accounted for), Revisions/Recalled (Drawing revisions that come in daily also must understand that this is time sensitive due to work being in progress and acknowledging the difference between revisions and recalled ) Printing of IWP (DC Coordinator will need to know the order at which the IWP must be print in for it to be placed in binder correctly). Mid-level excel background - formulas (must understand the basics of how is works), troubleshooting (must be able to determine and or identify if a problem occurs) delimited (must pay attention to details and understanding the data you are working with), importing data (must be able to work with multiple windows open when doing this while getting all information over correctly).
