Job Title: Document Control Analyst
Location: Milpitas, CA

Summary:
Seeking a Document Control / Engineering Documentation professional with 5+ years of experience in manufacturing environments. Strong experience managing ECOs, BOMs, engineering drawings, specifications, configuration management, and PLM/document management systems, while coordinating with engineering, manufacturing, quality, materials, and program teams.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years in Document Control, Engineering Services, or Manufacturing Support
• Strong ECO / Change Management experience
• BOM and Configuration Management
• Experience with PLM/ERP and document management systems
• Technical drawings, specifications, and controlled documentation
• Audit readiness, compliance, and document accuracy
• Cross-functional coordination and process improvement
• Leadership, project coordination, and stakeholder management
• PLM tools such as Teamcenter, Windchill, Agile, Arena, or Enovia preferred
• Electronics/EMS, semiconductor, medical device, aerospace, or automotive manufacturing background preferred
