    Position: Document Control Administrator
    Pay Rate: $35–$45 per hour
    Location: Santa Clara, CA
    We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Document Control Administrator to join our team in Santa Clara, CA. This role is essential to maintaining efficient day-to-day operations, supporting cross-functional teams, and delivering a high standard of internal and external customer service.
    The ideal candidate is highly organized, technologically savvy, and an excellent communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment.
     
    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide comprehensive administrative support across multiple departments and office functions
    • Utilize the Microsoft Office Suite—particularly Excel—to streamline workflows and support data-driven initiatives
    • Maintain accurate, well-organized records and filing systems in compliance with company standards
    • Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and manage travel arrangements as needed
    • Handle inbound and outbound communications with professionalism and efficiency
    • Prepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and other business documents
    • Ensure document control processes are followed and continuously improved
     
    Qualifications & Skills
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced or solid working knowledge of Excel
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with vendors, customers, and internal partners
    • Comfortable working with modern office software, digital tools, and workplace technologies
    • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills
    • Mandarin speaking and writing skills preferred
