Elite Dental Care is hiring a Doctor Scheduler for our Jackson office — building and protecting the doctor's day, placing emergencies without wrecking the column, and thinking several moves ahead. What you will do: - Build and protect the doctor's schedule against daily production goals
- Sequence treatment across multiple visits so patients finish what they start
- Place emergency patients and fill same-day openings without unravelling the day
- Fill tomorrow before today ends — no column left to chance
- Track daily and monthly production against goal, and say so when it is off

- Eligibility: High school diploma or GED, and legally authorized to work in the United States.
Nice to have: - Block or template scheduling experience tied to production targets
- Experience managing multiple doctor columns
- Experience with Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or Open Dental
