Job Summary:
We are seeking a Doctor's Technician to assist medical professionals in providing patient care and treatment. The Doctor's Technician will perform various tasks such as taking patient vitals, preparing examination rooms, sterilizing equipment, and assisting with medical procedures.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; certification or training as a Medical Assistant is preferred
- Prior experience working in a healthcare setting, such as a hospital or medical clinic
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a healthcare team
Responsibilities:
- Prepare examination rooms for patient visits by ensuring cleanliness and stocking necessary supplies
- Take and record patient vitals, such as blood pressure, temperature, and weight
- Assist doctors and nurses during medical procedures and examinations
- Sterilize medical equipment and instruments to maintain a safe and hygienic environment
- Communicate effectively with patients to provide information and instructions as directed by healthcare providers
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Follow all safety and regulatory guidelines to ensure compliance with healthcare standards
