Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) to join our Miami team. The role involves working with patients of all ages, focusing on improving functional abilities, mobility, and independence through advanced and evidence-based rehabilitation techniques


Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate patients’ physical conditions using standardized assessments.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
  • Deliver therapy programs including exercise, stretching, gait analysis, and gait training.
  • Utilize robotic and diagnostic tools to support neurorehabilitation and track outcomes.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on assistive devices, orthotics, and prosthetics.
  • Ensure accurate and thorough documentation of assessments, plans, and progress.
  • Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and clinic standards.
  • Collaborate closely with neurologists, therapists, and technicians.
  • Participate in clinic-led professional development and continuous learning initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
  • Active/unrestricted Florida PT license (or eligibility).
  • Minimum 2 years’ professional experience (neurorehabilitation or pediatrics preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal skills, clinical judgment, and proactive mindset.
  • Passion for innovation in medicine and interest in professional growth.
