SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Valid OHIO Optometry License; Certification with National Board of Examiners in Optometry (NBEO); Completion of residency in Optometry, Ocular Disease, or related Ocular field.

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Doctor of Optometry or foreign equivalent.

    SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:

    • Valid OHIO Optometry License;
    • Certification with National Board of Examiners in Optometry (NBEO);
    • Completion of residency in Optometry, Ocular Disease, or related Ocular field.
