This is a full-time on-site role for a Doctor of Chiropractic, Associate. The role involves providing chiropractic care focused on improving mobility, managing pain, restoring function, and promoting overall wellness. The Chiropractor collaborates with physicians, behavioral health providers, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated, patient-centered care. Responsibilities: · Perform chiropractic procedures, as necessary.
· Assess patient health through interviews and physical examinations.
· Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs, goals, and clinical findings.
· Utilize evidence-based treatment approaches and therapeutic interventions.
· Educate patients on posture, ergonomics, exercise programs, injury prevention, and overall wellness.
· Maintain accurate, complete, and timely patient records within the electronic health record (EHR) system.
· Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities.
· Document each patient to CMS standards, with medical necessity clearly documented.
· Exhibit exemplary behavior towards medical and support staff, but especially towards patients.
· Ensure compliance with organizational policies, professional standards, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications: · Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited chiropractic college.
· Active California chiropractic license or eligibility for California licensure.
· Successful completion of applicable National Board examinations.
· Strong communication and patient-education skills.
· Commitment to ethical, patient-centered chiropractic care.
· Ability to build rapport with diverse patient populations.
· Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
· Experience in Community Health Centers is a plus.
· Spanish speaking preferred but not necessary.
Already credentialed with Medicare would be given preference.
