Docket Clerk

Seattle | Hybrid

Our client, a leading global law firm with an expanding Seattle office, is looking for an experienced Docket Clerk with strong knowledge of Washington courts, local filing procedures and CompuLaw to join its growing team.

Docket Clerk Responsibilities:

  • Track and update legal deadlines, calendars, and case information.
  • Support attorneys and legal staff with filing and document preparation. Monitor court filings and organize related documents and records.
  • Prepare routine reports and communicate important deadline updates.
  • Maintain accurate electronic files and docketing systems.
  • Provide general administrative support as needed.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Docket Clerk Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of legal docketing experience.
  • Knowledge of CompuLaw is required
  • Knowledge of court procedures, filings, and deadlines.
  • Experience with legal software and electronic filing systems.
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and time management.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Professional and discreet when handling confidential information.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
