DOB Superintendent - Construction - Brooklyn

Our client is a leading New York City General Contractor with a strong reputation in the affordable housing and mixed-use development space. With a robust pipeline of projects across Brooklyn and the five boroughs, they are committed to building communities, delivering quality projects, and providing long-term career growth opportunities for their employees.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Active NYC DOB Superintendent License
  • OSHA 30 Certification
  • 7+ years of Superintendent experience within construction
  • Experience managing affordable housing, multifamily, or mixed-use developments
  • Strong knowledge of NYC DOB regulations and inspection processes
  • Experience coordinating multiple trades and subcontractors
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to maintain schedules and deliver projects successfully
  • Experience working on occupied or phased construction projects is a plus
