    Job Title: Technology Data ScientistPosition Overview

    The Technology Data Scientist will leverage advanced analytical, statistical, and machine learning techniques to transform complex data into actionable insights. This role partners closely with technology teams, business stakeholders, and leadership to support data driven decision making, enhance product performance, and identify opportunities for innovation across the organization.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Develop, implement, and maintain predictive models, machine learning solutions, and analytical frameworks to support technology initiatives.
    • Expert on the functionality or usage of a particular system, platform, or technology product.
    • Leads the adoption or implementation of an advanced technology or platform.
    • Analyze large, complex datasets using Python, R, SQL, or similar tools to discover trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities.
    • Collaborate with engineering, product, and technology teams to design data pipelines, automate data processes, and ensure data quality.
    • Communicate insights and recommendations through dashboards, visualizations, and clear written or verbal reports.
    • Partner with stakeholders to define data requirements, design experiments, and evaluate technology performance.
    • Support the adoption of emerging technologies, such as AI/ML platforms, cloud analytics tools, and automation frameworks.
    • Ensure data governance, security, and ethical use of data in all analytics activities.
    Required Qualifications
    • Bachelor s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
    • Strong proficiency in Python or R, SQL, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
    • Experience building machine learning models and applying statistical techniques.
    • Familiarity with cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP) and modern data architecture concepts.
    • Ability to translate complex technical findings into clear, actionable insights for non technical audiences.
    • Strong problem solving skills, curiosity, and attention to detail.
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Experience working in technology focused organizations or digital transformation environments.
    • Knowledge of MLOps, automated model monitoring, or real time analytics.
    • Background with big data processing frameworks (Spark, Databricks, etc.).
    • Experience with version control tools (Git) and agile development practices.
