Divorce, custody, support, domestic violence and prenuptial work. Pleadings, motions and settlement agreements. Case management conferences, argument and trial in Family Part. Direct client relationships.
Three-plus years of family law practice with your own caseload. New Jersey admission required. Strong writing and courtroom comfort.
$150,000 to $165,000 base plus a discretionary bonus, with full benefits. Five days in the office.
