The Opportunity
The Divisional Sales Director West Coast is a mission-critical commercial leadership role responsible for driving performance, execution, and growth across one of Pandora North America's most important divisions. This leader will oversee sales performance across physical channels of distribution, including owned and operated concept stores, department stores, shop-in-shop locations, and multi-brand accounts.
Reporting to the Vice President, Sales, this leader will serve as a strategic partner to the North America Sales leadership team, translating enterprise priorities into field execution, strengthening leadership capability, and building a high-performance culture that delivers revenue growth, profitability, operational excellence, and an exceptional customer experience.

The strongest candidate will be a commercially sharp, field-oriented, high energy, enterprise-minded leader who can zoom out to shape strategy and zoom in to diagnose execution. This person brings the credibility to influence senior stakeholders, the discipline to drive measurable results, and the leadership maturity to build strong teams through clarity, coaching, and accountability.
This leader should be comfortable operating in a complex, fast-paced, matrixed environment and must be able to simplify priorities for field teams, create alignment across channels, and inspire action at every level of the organization.

Los Angeles Salary: $197,300 - $246,700 commensurate on experience

The Pandora North America team in the USA & Canada consists of more than 250 employees working at our offices in New York & Baltimore, more than 80 in our Logistics Center in Maryland, an additional 150 in field positions, and more than 5000 in our owned and operated stores.
Today, the USA is Pandora's single largest market. The Pandora North American region as a whole encompasses over 1,400 points of sale, including over 650 concept stores, with more than 600 being owned and operated by Pandora.
