This position isa hybrid schedule; regionally based out of Ann Arbor, MI, with responsibility for supporting locations in Livingston, Chelsea, Livonia, and Oakland. Periodic travel to these sites is required.
Position Summary:
The Divisional Nurse Manager serves in a dual leadership capacity, providing clinical nursing leadership across assigned regions and specialties and direct operational oversight within designated clinical areas. The role partners with division, practice, medical, quality, operations and affiliated health-system leaders to standardize clinical workflows, strengthen staff competency, maintain safe and effective staffing, coordinate care across settings and advance quality, performance improvement and patient experience goals. The Divisional Nurse Manager supervises clinical staff and promotes efficient, coordinated and patient-centered care in compliance with organizational policy, regulatory requirements and the scope of RN licensure.

Preferred five years of clinical experience in a combination of both medical inpatient or outpatient settings.
Direct supervisory/training/education or relevant experience is preferred.
Preferred: College coursework or formal training in management or leadership.
