POSITION SUMMARY
The Division President is the senior operating executive for El Rancho Stores, responsible for setting and executing the division's strategic direction to deliver sustainable growth, operational excellence, and strong financial performance. This role leads all aspects of division operations and ensures alignment with company objectives, customer expectations, and brand standards.
The Division President provides executive leadership to regional and field operations teams, including Regional Vice Presidents of Operations, District Managers, Store Directors, and other division leaders. The role is accountable for building organizational capability, developing leadership bench strength, driving accountability, and fostering a high-performance culture that delivers outstanding customer experience, team member engagement, compliance, and profitability. The Division President is expected to model the company's values while leading transformation, continuous improvement, and disciplined execution across the division.
