Summary

Our client is seeking an experienced Division Manager to oversee daily operations, project execution, financial performance, and business development for their San Diego division. This leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence, developing client relationships, and leading high-performing teams to achieve company objectives.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Oversee all division operations and strategic initiatives.
• Manage project profitability, budgets, and financial performance.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Lead, mentor, and develop project managers and support staff.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Monitor quality standards and operational performance.
• Identify new business opportunities and support business development efforts.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on long-term growth strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements 

• 8+ years of leadership experience in construction, engineering, or consulting.
• Strong operational and financial management experience.
• Proven business development and client relationship skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.
