Overview

A growing commercial door, frame, and hardware contractor is seeking an experienced Division 8 Project Manager to support continued project volume and backlog. This role is fully remote and will focus on managing commercial DFH projects from detailing through closeout.

Projects range from small $10K scopes to $1.5M+ contracts, requiring strong organizational skills, technical DFH knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Division 8 projects from post-award through closeout

• Perform detailing and submittals for doors, frames, and hardware

• Coordinate and process material ordering with manufacturers and suppliers

• Oversee project schedules, deliverables, and internal workflows

• Communicate with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously across varying sizes and complexity

• Utilize Comsense for project tracking, documentation, and management

• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely execution throughout the project lifecycle

Project Scope

• Project sizes range from approximately $10K to $1.5M+

• Annual volume and backlog expectations will be discussed

• Mix of small, mid-size, and large commercial projects

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Division 8 Project Manager

• Hands-on experience with Comsense (required)

• Strong knowledge of commercial doors, frames, and hardware

• Experience with detailing, submittals, ordering, and project coordination

• Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities in a remote environment
