Responsibilities
Estimate and bid Division 5 miscellaneous metals projects
Review plans, specifications, and construction documents
Develop relationships with general contractors, subcontractors, and developers
Pursue new business opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships
Negotiate pricing and close awarded projects
Work closely with engineering and production to ensure successful project execution
Visit customers and jobsites throughout Southern California
Qualifications
5+ years estimating and selling Division 5 miscellaneous metals or structural steel projects
Proven ability to prepare competitive bids and win work
Strong understanding of construction drawings, takeoffs, and fabrication
Existing Southern California contractor relationships are highly preferred
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and comfortable building a book of business
Compensation
Competitive base salary ($70,000–130,000 DOE)
Uncapped performance incentives tied directly to revenue and profitability
