    About the Role:
    Palm Beach Tan - Old Trinity Management Company is looking for a driven and dynamic District Retail Manager to lead our locations in the Kansas and Missouri area. This is an exciting opportunity to take the reins of a multi-unit retail operation, inspire high-performing teams, and deliver an exceptional guest experience.     Responsibilities:
    • Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple Palm Beach Tan retail locations within the district
    • Train, coach, and develop salon leadership to lead high-performing teams in the retail sales environment
    • Drive sales performance, membership growth, and key retail KPIs across all locations
    • Conduct regular store visits to ensure brand standards, cleanliness, and customer service excellence
    • Analyze district sales reports and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures
    • Partner with corporate leadership on marketing initiatives, promotions, and new product launches
    Requirements:
    • 3+ years of multi-unit retail management or district management experience
    • Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing P&L in a retail environment
    • Strong leadership and team-building skills with experience managing multiple locations
    • Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
    • Proficiency in retail reporting tools and sales analytics
    • Ability to travel regularly within the district to conduct store visits
    • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred

    Compensation: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
