Volt is immediately hiringa District Manager at Tampa Florida.As a District Manager you willNeed to have an Active Real Estate License.Oversee the operations performance and profitability of a portfolio of residential properties within an assigned market. This role is responsible for driving occupancy revenue growth operational excellence and team development while ensuring alignment with company objectives. The District Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams provide leadership to local property teams and support the overall strategic vision of the district.Key Responsibilities Lead and execute district-wide operational strategies to maximize occupancy rental revenue and portfolio performance. Oversee daily property operations including leasing rent collection resident services maintenance budget management and compliance. Manage mentor and develop property management teams providing coaching and performance feedback. Review and analyze financial performance budgets and operational metrics implementing initiatives to improve profitability. Assess portfolio assets and recommend property enhancements acquisitions or dispositions to optimize returns. Resolve escalated resident concerns legal matters evictions and other complex operational issues. Drive resident retention initiatives and evaluate program effectiveness to improve customer satisfaction. Partner with internal departments such as Operations Leasing Maintenance and Development to achieve business goals.Qualifications Bachelors degree in business Finance Real Estate Property Management or a related field. 5 years of leadership experience with full P&L responsibility and direct team management. 5 years of experience in Property Management Real Estate Operations or a related industry. Strong financial analysis budgeting and operational management skills. Proven ability to lead motivate and develop high-performing teams. Excellent communication problem-solving negotiation and conflict-resolution abilities. Experience with property management software is preferred. Real Estate License or ability to obtain within specified timeframe preferred. Valid drivers license and willingness to travel within the assigned district.Preferred Skills Strategic planning and business acumen. Portfolio and asset management expertise. Process improvement and change management experience.
