About the Role
Yardie Corp serves authentic Caribbean flavors and exceptional dining experiences. We're hiring a high-energy
District Manager, a true "leader of leaders," to oversee 3–4 restaurants across our South Bay footprint. You'll spend most of your time in the field with your Store Managers, driving sales, controlling food and labor costs, and upholding brand standards.
What You'll Do
- Lead leaders: Hire, coach, and develop Store Managers and hold them accountable.
- Drive results: Own district sales growth, labor and food costs, guest scores, and audits.
- Work in the field: Run daily store walkthroughs, audit standards, and solve problems in real time.
- Plan for each store: Tailor operational strategies to each location's community and unique challenges.
- Uphold standards: Enforce company policy, health, and food safety protocols.
- Be on call: Act as the primary regional escalation contact for staffing emergencies, guest issues, equipment failures, and safety incidents.
What You Bring
- 3–5+ years of multi-unit (2+ locations) restaurant or retail leadership experience, including direct oversight of P&L, inventory, and field operations.
- Proven record of coaching and developing Store Managers or General Managers.
- Availability for full-time work (40+ hours/week), including variable schedules with mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and regional on-call duties.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel daily across the South Bay district.
- High school diploma or GED required (a business degree is a plus); legally authorized to work in the U.S.
